Available languages, models, network options and online services depend on the supplied configuration, region and service availability. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown in the store or checkout. The checkout displays the total payable, including delivery and any taxes collected by us, before you place the order. Available payment methods are displayed by Shopify checkout. Do not send payment-card information through our contact form.

Orders and delivery

You receive an order confirmation after placing an order. Orders dispatch within 48 hours of confirmation. We may contact you to resolve an address, payment or availability problem. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for the unavailable items. See our shipping policy for destination and delivery information.

Returns and consumer rights

Our voluntary policy allows return requests within 30 days of delivery. See our returns policy, including the EU 14-day withdrawal right where applicable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Privacy and updates

Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. The terms shown when you place an order apply to that purchase. Later updates do not remove rights relating to an existing order.
