30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us through our contact page with your order number for return instructions and the correct return address.

Condition and costs

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, return the companion in good condition with supplied accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible. You pay direct return postage for a change of mind. No restocking fee applies. For damaged, defective or incorrect goods, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required. These conditions do not limit statutory rights.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt and inspection. Payment providers may take additional time to display the credit. Outside a statutory withdrawal period, original delivery charges are not refunded for voluntary change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

EU withdrawal rights

Where EU consumer withdrawal rights apply, notify us within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, then return the goods within 14 days after notification. For goods ordered together and delivered separately, the notification period begins with receipt of the last item. Approval is not required to exercise this right. We refund payments, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered, within 14 days after your notice. We may withhold reimbursement until receipt of the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Premium delivery upgrades are not refunded. You bear direct return postage for a change of mind. Inspection as in a shop is permitted; excessive handling may lead to a deduction for diminished value. Statutory withdrawal does not require goods to remain unopened.

This policy does not limit remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods or other mandatory rights, including the minimum two-year EU legal guarantee where applicable. Contact us promptly for cancellation before dispatch or for an exchange. Remove personal data from a connected device before returning it where possible.
