Free US and EU shipping

Standard shipping is free for delivery to the United States and all European Union member countries. Other available destinations and their charges are displayed at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch within 48 hours

We dispatch orders within 48 hours after order confirmation. A dispatch notification is sent when your order ships, with tracking details where provided by the carrier. If an address, payment or stock issue affects dispatch, we will contact you.

Transit and delivery

Dispatch time is not delivery time. Transit depends on destination, carrier, customs and local delivery conditions. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is separate from the 48-hour dispatch period. Check your address carefully and contact us promptly if it needs correction.

Taxes and duties

Charges collected by our checkout are displayed before payment. Where import duties or taxes are not collected at checkout, destination authorities or carriers may request payment under local rules.

Delivery problems

Contact us through our contact page with your order number if a parcel is missing, damaged or delayed. We investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate remedy.
